Introducing the world's most compact wine case

With a goal of significant advancement in wine logistics, packaging and sustainability, Garçon Wines have created a game-changing case for multi-bottle delivery to consumers' homes

 Computer generated drawing

An unprecedented packing format in the wine industry

Groundbreaking packing arrangement of 8 bottles standing upright and 2 bottles lying horizontally in the gap between bottlenecks which maximises the efficiency of the pack, eliminating nearly all unused airspace and reducing the need for excessive protective and outer box packaging.

Improving SustainabILITY

Significant reductions in CO2 emissions and logistics costs

Fits 10 flat bottles in a space that only fits 4 round, glass 75cl bottles. As a result, a greater volume of wine can be delivered in the same amount of space, allowing companies to slash their logistics costs and supply chain greenhouse gas emissions by a significant amount.

36% Lighter

Lightweight for safety and carbon reduction

Packed with our lightweight bottles, the whole case weighs just 9kg, making it 36% lighter based on a pro-rata comparison with an average six bottle case. This further reduces CO2 emissions, and makes it safer for workers to handle across the supply chain, couriers to handle in the final mile of delivery and consumers to take into their homes.

55% spatially smaller

Spatial efficiency translates to resource efficiency

The 10 flat bottle case is 55% spatially smaller based on a pro-rata comparison with an average six bottle case. This means we can significantly reduce the amount of board used by up to 32%.

HOW WE're Managing Resources

Made from 100% sustainably sourced cardboard and 100% recyclable

Our commitment to being the "greenest" wine bottle ever expands to secondary packaging and sourcing the outer box material from recycled streams and well-managed forests ensures our forests are alive for generations to come. After use, the case is fully recyclable to reduce the need for virgin materials as well as to mitigate against waste ending up in landfill or littering the environment.

HOW WE're Managing Resources
1 Bottle Postal Pack
Delivery of a single bottle by post

This durable pack is ISTA 6-Amazon.com compliant in accordance with Tier 1 – Frustration-Free Packaging (FFP) program certification. It's perfectly designed for ecommerce, providing protection for a single bottle and withstanding the most challenging of deliveries. In the UK, it can be sent by post and delivered through most UK letterboxes and, therefore, it's used daily by our present business customers, mostly in gifting, for our signature Letterbox Wine®.

10 Bottle Transit Case
World's most compact wine case

With a goal of significant advancement in wine logistics, packaging and sustainability, we've created a game-changing case for multi-bottle transit and delivery; the world's most compact wine case. By packing 8 bottles vertically, like books, and 2 bottles horizontally in the airspace of the 8 vertical bottles, 10 of our full-size, flat bottles fit into a case that would otherwise carry just 4 round, glass bottles of the same volume offering never seen before benefits.
